Firstly, GEN3 has become the exclusive worldwide distributor of the revolutionary HATS2™ (Highly Accelerated Thermal Shock) Tester, developed by reliability expert Bob Neves of Reliability Assessment Solutions (RAS). This advanced system provides rapid, convection-based thermal shock and reflow simulation, enabling manufacturers to accelerate PCB and interconnect reliability testing, significantly reduce test times, and increase confidence in product performance.
In addition, GEN3 has launched the AutoCHT™ (Condensation Humidity Tester), the world’s first platen-based system capable of generating a precisely controlled condensation layer on electronic test assemblies. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the AutoSIR2+, the AutoCHT enables engineers to replicate real-world moisture conditions and quickly identify coating defects, electrochemical migration, and other humidity-related failure mechanisms.
