It automatically captures barcodes on incoming material and seamlessly transfers the data to ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems, enabling fast and reliable goods receipt.
A key feature of the TopScan Pro is its automatic height adjustment with integrated autofocus. With a vertical adjustment range of 200 mm, the camera automatically maintains the perfect focus regardless of reel size or package height, ensuring consistently sharp images and reliable barcode reading.
The integrated sensor can also classify reel widths and reel size, making the TopScan Pro the ideal front-end solution for automated storage systems and intelligent material handling.
To guarantee reliable image quality under all conditions, the system features integrated glare-free LED illumination, providing consistent lighting while eliminating reflections from labels and packaging.
