BSC Solder Systems specializes in vapor-phase soldering equipment designed for prototyping, engineering laboratories, and small-batch production. Manufactured in Dortmund, Germany, the JUST SOLDER product line combines professional soldering performance with user-friendly operation and an unbeatable price level. Unlike conventional convection reflow ovens that transfer heat using hot air, vapor-phase soldering uses the condensation of a heated process fluid. Heat is transferred uniformly across the entire PCB assembly, eliminating thermal shadowing effects and ensuring that all components, regardless of size or mass, are heated consistently.

One of the key advantages of vapor-phase technology is its inherent temperature control. The maximum soldering temperature is physically limited by the boiling point of the process fluid, typically Galden® LS-230 for lead-free applications. This means that assemblies cannot overheat, making the technology exceptionally safe for temperature-sensitive components.

Separation is so clean and uniform that flat, even surfaces remain on both the board and the component.
Precision Through Process Control
To ensure optimum results, the JUST SOLDER systems incorporate thermocouple-based process monitoring. Users can measure both board and chamber temperatures and fine-tune soldering profiles according to IPC requirements and solder paste manufacturer recommendations. This provides a level of process visibility and control typically associated with much larger production systems.
