AutoCAF™

Measuring the influences of sub-surface electro-chemical reactions in printed circuit boards under conditions of high humidity and temperature to all recognised standards. Testing up to 256 sites at selectable intervals, test and measurement voltages, with a measurement range of 1 million Ω to 100 billion Ω.

Test voltages: 5v, 10v, ±50v and ±100v. Optional external power supply selectable up to 800v.
