Cancellations

Tooling are specific parts that have no generic use, cancellations will be charged against 100%.

Chromium carbide coating

When parts are supposed to get a chromium carbide coating and the parts are used without coating, they must be returned within the first month of use for chromium carbide coating. In this additional freight, charges will apply.

Delivery

Delivery takes place ex warehous Partnertec Tools in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Delivery time

Delivery time is based on request. As the actual lead time is depending on the actual lead time of the purchase order, than the final lead time will be confirmed at the time of order entry.

Design costs

Pallet design cost, mentioned in the “Quotation Specials”, is only to cover the additional design work. Intellectual property (IP) remains Partnertec Tools property.

Orders up to USD/Euro 30.000,-

- Net within 30 days after invoice date

Orders above USD/Euro 30.000,-

- 30% at official order.  As soon as payment has been received then exact date of delivery will be confirmed.

- 60% before shipment date

- 10% within 30 days after shipment date

Prices

Prices are valid for 60 days after date of quotation. Prices as quoted are net in USD ($) based on ex works Partnertec Tools in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
