Ekinops is a Leading provider of solutions to network service providers around the world and is specialized in systems for high-capacity optical data transport. Recently Ekinops invested in a DEK NeoHorizon 03ix from ASMPT and N29SA4 stencil cleaning machine from MBtech.
Partnertec successfully installed the new machines and assisted in optimizing the printing process. ASMPT DEK NeoHorizon printer is equipped with autonomous process improvement features, such a close loop system to maintain the correct amount of paste on the stencil. The integrated Stinger unit is used to dispense glue dots for better fixation of heavy SMD components.
MBtech N29SA4 Stencil cleaner perfectly removes all remaining paste from stencils, to avoid issues during the next production run. Ultrasonic cleaning in a bath filled with Zestron’s Vigon SC300, only takes 4 minutes. The system offers a separate drying chamber to allow parallel cleaning and drying. The patented closed-loop filtration system keeps the fluid in perfect conditions and reduces the consumption effectively.
