Since its launch in 2013, Zestron`s automatic and digital real-time concentration measurement and monitoring device for PCBA cleaning agents has been successfully integrated into more than 1.000 cleaning systems.
Over the years, the unit has undergone continuous development, and the importance of real-time process monitoring, seamless traceability of process parameters and consistent cleaning results is greater than ever before. All this can be ensured by integrating the ZESTRON® EYE into the cleaning machine.
Other key factors to consider include the easy installation and setup, the precise concentration measurement with both fresh and loaded cleaning baths, the uncomplicated integration with an automated dosing system and to read and save the data onto the controller which might be important for ISO audits.
The ZESTRON® EYE can be integrated in an existing system or ordered directly alongside a new cleaning system that comes ready for use with the concentration measuring device. For example, the MBtech NC25 PCBA cleaning system can be ordered with the ZESTRON® EYE and an automatic top-up system.
With the ZESTRON® EYE Mobile we also offer a portable version of the ZESTRON® EYE. As it is not permanently installed in a cleaning system, it is the ideal solution for monitoring the concentration levels of up to 10 different cleaning systems using a single, independent device.
